Tunisian Crochet 102: Tessellated Sampler Cowl

Take your Tunisian Crochet obsession to the next level with this intermediate class! Students will learn Tunisian Crochet in the round, the entrelac technique, 5 stitches and finishing techniques. Students will crochet the Tessellated Sampler Cowl together, designed by Abbey of @AbbeyMade, winner of the 2026 Australian Crochet Designer of the Year, and have a completed cowl by the end of the course! This course is a great follow up to our Tunisian 101 class.
Prerequisites:
Confidence in reading patterns and should know how to cast-on and work the Tunisian Simple Stitch flat. Suitable for intermediate level Tunisian crocheters and those that have completed Tunisian 101.
To purchase before start of class:
- Tessellated Sampler Cowl Pattern must be purchased before class, and it is recommended to have a printed copy with you for note taking purposes.
- 2 skeins of DK weight yarn totaling 420 yards
- Recommended yarns include Malabrigo Dos Tierras, Emma’s Yarn Drapey DK, Illimani Santi, Jake 77 DK, A Knitter’s Homestead DK and Ryan Yarn Plump DK (sample made in Malabrigo Dos Tierras)
- 1x 6.0mm Tunisian Crochet hook
- Removable stitch markers
- Tapestry Needle
- Scissors

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your registration, store credit will be given for cancellations up to 7 days prior to the beginning of a class; no refunds will be given if the cancellation is less than 7 days. Refunds are not given for missed classes.
If we do not fill our class minimum the class will be cancelled and students will be issued a full refund. We will notify students of class cancellations at least 24 hours before the first class.
