Class Policies: Payment guarantees your spot in the class. Payment may be made in the store, over the phone, or through our website. Unless noted, supplies are not included in the class fee; students receive a 10% discount on materials purchased for the class. At this time, all in-person classes require proof of vaccination and masks. Failure to provide proof of vaccination or to follow masking policies will result in the cancellation of registration and is non-refundable.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your registration, store credit will be given for cancellations up to 7 days prior to the beginning of a class; no refunds will be given if the cancellation is less than 7 days. Refunds are not given for missed classes.
If we do not fill our class minimum the class will be cancelled and students will be issued a full refund. We will notify students of class cancellations at least 24 hours before the first class.
