Get ready to cast on for the Craftivist Gnome Along!
If you've got a stash of yarn, there's yarn in your stash waiting (hoping!) to become a gnome. Gnomes can be knitted or crocheted, they can be speckled or tonal, striped or solid, they can have details like cables or colorwork, they can be fingering weight or bulky-- or anything in between!
Find your favorite gnome pattern (there are a ton on Ravelry) and cast on! Our KAL will culminate on April 29th in time for the Inman Park Parade's March of the Gnomes, who happen to line up directly in front of the stop (and April 29th also happens to coincide with Local Yarn Store Day, but more on that later). We'd like to invite everyone to bring their gnomes to the shop for a store display (gnomes will be returned to their rightful owner) so handcrafted gnomes can watch human gnomes line up for the parade, and show our support for this wonderful neighborhood in this amazing city that we call home.
