Are you intrigued by two-color knitting, but only want to knit with one color at a time? Then mosaic knitting is for you! In this class, you will learn the satisfying technique of mosaic knitting, which uses knits, purls, and slip stitches, to create a multi-color cowl. The flower design in the cowl is based on the
Pressed Flowers Shawl pattern by Amy Christoffers. The Pressed Flowers Shawl pattern must be purchased before the start of class. This class is an advanced beginner class, and also appropriate for anyone who wants to learn mosaic knitting. Students must know how to cast on, knit, and purl.
Required class materials:

Pressed Flowers Shawl pattern to be purchased on Ravelry or through the shop. Cowl is based on this pattern and must be purchased for the class.
- 2 skeins (at least 100 yards each) of DK or worsted weight yarn in contrasting colors, such as Blue Sky Fibers Woolstok, Malabrigo Rios, Cascade 220, or Manos del Uruguay Maxima
- US size 7 (4.5 mm) needle, 24" or 32" circular
- darning needle
