The Interval Shawl Kit includes printed pattern and (5, 6, 7) skeins of Brooklyn Tweed Dapple in color of choice. Needles sold separately.
The Interval Shawl from Jared Flood was designed to be the perfect “first shawl” pattern for a new knitter using only basic techniques: the knit stitch, the purl stitch and the knit-front-and-back increase. The pattern also features a simple provisional cast on with links to a video tutorial demonstrating this technique. At a relaxed gauge of 5 stitches-per-inch, the finished shawl is a great mid-weight fabric for neckwear that keeps you toasty but doesn't overwhelm.
